Panini press

I bought a panini press at click so when my 10 year old daughter was using she pressed and the arm broke, I contacted clicks because I was amazed how can someone with small hands break it , oh they asked me to take it back to the store so they can access now they claiming that it broke from falling I repeat that thing never fell not even once the cracks they talking about were not there when I left it in the store now they blaiming all to me again I repeat that panini never fell it broke when my daughter was using it . I won’t come this far if I knew it fell but because I know what I’m saying I want this message to be passed on to the higher management of clicks .Even when I went to the shop to leave it I was sent from pillar to post coz the person I was supposed to give was not there now I’m being accused of lying knowing very well that it ddnt fall
