Pamphlets with misleading and incorrect information

I passed a Clicks store and took one of the pamphlets to check out specials from them. I saw an amazing offer for Wahl clippers and I immediately walked into the store to purchase one. This particular shop had run out of stock, which I wasn't surprised by as this was a good deal. I looked for the nearest Clicks to this one and found myself at Clicks Carlton Centre. As I walked through the door I picked up one of the pamphlets and the price was as I had seen it previously. When I got to the display I found the clippers but at a much higher price than was advertised. When I enquired I was told by the manager Brad that they had made a mistake with the pictures on the pamphlet and the price was wrong. I asked him how they can justify advertising something at the entrance of the store right now but selling it for more. He said sorry it was a mistake they made at Clicks. So basically they can indulge in false advertising to get us into their stores. Is that how it works? I'll never shop at Clicks ever again, they might advertise a lighter for R20 and you'll pay R99, and it's tough luck, basically. Be careful of Clicks and their false advertising not to mention their sugar-coated excuses and explanations. NEVER AGAIN!
