Pampers diaper quality

<p>I have twin boys currently teething and had to dispose of 68 diapers in less than a week due to poor quality. The diapers tear at the sides release the absorbing 'jelly substance' - this is frustrating to me and the babies due to unnecessary discomfort..</p>
