PAID TWICE OR GODDS, WAITING FOR REFUND
On the 19th of February I have done purchases at clicks. They swipe my card, but according to them it is declined, but I received a sms stating that it went of my account for the amount of R505.05. So I swipe my card again. So I logged a complaint with clicks regarding my money on the 24th of February they e-mailed me, stating that they will refund my money back to me within 7 - 14 working days. It is now passed \7-14 working days"and still I don't have my money back. I mailed them (16 March) and don't get any response"
