paid for goods but not received on line
On the 16th October 2020, i ordered on line ,13 hairdryers at R569.00 each = R7397.00 total.by EFt PRO method on their online website. On enquiring about my order i was told they are waiting for payment .Proof of payment was sent and all i get told is that must wait 72 hours for a reply. All i got is a reference number (***8). This is totally unacceptable ,payment was made in good faith and i need these goods or refund my money It is now @6th October and i have no further insight as to what is going on , all i get told is that it will be escalated with no-reply Totally disgusted with Clicks

30 Oct 2020, 14:39After 10 working days ,they traced my payment ,and will refund in 14 to 17 working days, making it 5 weeks when i should receive payment back
So they take my money , no delivery and pay back in 5 weeks , Wonder how many people they do that to ,good way of getting cheap finance
