Paid for chronic medication I did not receive

I purchased chronic medication from Clicks Silverware Crossing. I was told that they did not have enough tablets of a particular medication and I should come get the rest at a later stage.

I paid for the full complement of medicine and left. I then realised that Clicks gave me 14 tablets initially and 8 afterwards. This is 22 and not the 28 which I paid for in good faith.

I went back to Clicks Silverwater to complain that I do not have a whole week of chronic medication that I had already paid for and they said their stock balances and I must look in the box again!!!

This is disgraceful, I have supported Clicks for years and this is how I am treated. Will not purchase from them again!!!! Now I must sit for a week without Chronic medication all because according to them, they don't make mistakes!!!

Word to the wise, check all of your meds at the dispensary before you pay for it because if there are issues they will not help you. They will instead look at each other and say it wasn't me.

Absolutely disgraceful!!!
