Package got ******, terrible delivery service!!!

I ordered from Clicks online, I received an email saying my parcel has been delivered, yet I still don't have my parcel. I called customer service to find out where my package is, and was told it was signed for by someone I don't even know. they were not very helpful, I now have to wait 72 hours to get feedback as to where my parcel is. this was not my first time ordering online, and every other time the courier driver called me before delivering my parcel, now he just give it to anyone who is willing to sign. I can't afford to lose a thousand rand because of someone else's stupidity. I wouldn't recommend clicks online to anyone, and I'll rather take my business somewhere else.
