Ozempic pen accidentally froze

“Hi, I bought an Ozempic pen from Clicks and it accidentally froze in my fridge for a few hours. The patient leaflet says frozen Ozempic must not be used. It’s still in date and unused. Could you please advise on a replacement or next steps? Thank you.”
