Overcharges every time I shop at a Clicks store!!

This has been happening for more than 6 months now, and at various Clicks stores in Cape Town (not specifically one branch) where every time I make purchases I find I've been overcharged! The overcharges vary from R5 to as much as R35 !!! I happen to be one of those who quickly scans through my slips before walking away from the till point....for the very reason of overcharges! How much money is The Clicks Group making each month from overcharges which customers have not picked up? From one store alone, I am guessing it could be in the region of a minimum of R150 - R200 000 extra per month!!<br> One of the managers even asked me to please complain on their behalf, as they have had no success from their own complaints and nothing has been done to resolve the price issues. <br> <br> I have only written to the Clicks Group today and will see what reply I receive!
