Over charged for items

<p>On the 22 May 2016 . We purchased goods totalling to R1891.55. This purchase took place at trade route mall. I offten have a problem with clicks where the items at the till point and shelf price differs. I experience alot of times this issue at Clicks in ****arney Mall. Where I took my slips back to query and I always received the difference in cash but when I am buying loads of stuff I cannot memorise each and every price of items as specially when I am shopping with two kids. On the 22 May I was over charge for a perfect P3in I mask. Charge wa R101.95. The next day I when to clicks in Rosebank to query this. The same product was R84 and some change. I asked them if they can refund me they said no I have to go to trade route to sort out. I work in Rosebank but stay in Lenasia its difficult to get to trade route during the week as we get home late in the evening. Its is frustrating being over charge for items and I have to keep wasting my time to query. I dont understand why prices differ from store to store. Please can someone get back to me as I have more incidents.</p>
