Outstanding service

Good day to the management of the Clicks in Milnerton in the Paddocks Mall. <br> <br> I would like to tell you of my very pleasant experience with a gentleman working as a teller at this Clicks Branch. I received very friendly and sincere service this past Monday (30 March 2015) by Clement. He was also very helpful in going the extra mile to give good service out of his own initiative and was very informative and very polite. <br> <br> As I was packing the items I had purchased into my bag he continued to help the next customer in an equally helpful and friendly way, and also went the extra mile to make his shopping experience of excellent quality too.<br> <br> I honestly believe this man has great potential and is a huge asset to your branch and the Clicks brand too. <br> <br> Although I have repeatedly wanted to take the time to send positive feedback where good service is received, unfortunately I haven't gotten around to it before in previous situations in my life. I must say though, that the extent to which I was so impressed by Clement motivated me not to get distracted or forget to send the feedback to commend him. <br> <br> A job well done!
