Outstanding customer service!
A real heart- felt THANK-YOU to two GREAT ladies for their EXCELLENT Customer Service! PORTIA - is always very polite, helpful, consistent in her excellent customer service, she has the very rare quality of genuinely caring, and most of all listens attentively! GLODIA - gave me excellent, informative service on the electrical section of the store, answering all my questions in a patient explanatory manner! On Glodia's recommendation, l left the store a very happy and confident customer, in the knowledge that l purchased the correct item for my requirement, having no regrets! I am really impressed by PORTIA and GLODIA! You are both GEMS in your perspective positions! Thank-you!
