Outstanding Client service- Store ***- Manager- Nomfundo

Hi there,

I recently engaged with Nomfundo who holds a Managerial position at store number ***.

I needed to purchase 66 kids tooth paste and 66 toothbrushes age 2-5 in a very short time frame.

I had attempted to log the order online but was unsuccessful. I took to going in person to store *** (Riverside). Having spoken to Nomfundo she immediately jumped to assisting and getting on the database and on call with the nearby stores to determine if they had stock. She took my details down on the requirements without any hesitation or any doubt that there would be no hold ups in getting this in the short timeliness I had. I went into the store on Sunday, 25 Ocotber in the early am. She just said, dont worry Maam, i eill make this happen. She called me back at 8:30 am the next day advising me that the stock will be delivered today (Monday, 26 Ocotber). I needed to get there ASAP to pay to secure the order. Less that 24 hours she managed ro sort out this order which is going towards packing goodie bags for kids unfortunate. She also advised next time just contact her directly to sort out big orders like this.

Clicks, I cant describe the feeling of satisfaction as a customer of clicks for over 15 years. She is phenomenal and professional. She and her whole team made an amazing effort to assist me and I cannot go without saying she deserves an amazing reward on a business level for her commitment and dedication to client service delivery. Thank you Nomfundo in getting this overtime in such a short time line. Your professionalism and your team are next level and definitely have swayed me to be be a returning customer.
