Out of stock or do they just not give a damn ???

Went to clicks Brackenhurst this afternoon to get carribean tan, and I couldn't find it on the shelf so I asked the lady at the cosmetics, I think the cashier said her name was Nthabiseng and her co worker Yolanda, they were so caught up in conversation I was cearly interrupting, as I asked them where I can find it, she said they must be out of stock if I can't find it, I asked how the entire range can be out of stock and she just laughed and said maybe we no longer stock it, I advised that I have seem it there not so long ago and she stood up went to the suntan lotions and said well that's what we have and walked away! How pathetic is it that when I got to the till Tshepo's service was phenomenal but the entire clicks brackenhurst gets pulled down by two ladies that's just not interested to maintain the standard???
