Out of stock items

As a regular customer at Clicks lam upset with the management.I normally do my shoppimg at Promenade mall , trust me they are never out of stock on anything.Thumbs up to the management.Now lam a walk away from Goodwood mall, its been more than 2 months now that l noticed some of the items were never stocked, yet you guys run the specials for 3 items for the price of 2.I find that so unfair that you advertise things u dnt have. I habe about 6iyems that were out of stock or that are currently out of stock as l type.Tried calling the shop but rhe phone keeps ringing as l wanted to bring it to manager's attention.The store never have all items instock.Today went to N1 city mall , also ddnt get the item l wanted out of stock. 2 left as l wanted the 3 for 2 special.Really not happy at all with this.
