OUT OF STOCK / DISCONTINUED - AND NOT INFORMING CUSTOMERS?????

You are on a permanent “OUT OF STOCK” on your baby bum cream (Clicks made 4 baby). I have tried so many bum barrier creams and none of them are working. I have had my daughter to the doctor on various occasions now to get a cortisone ointment mixed which has cost me hundreds of rands. I have tried the most expensive cream on your shelves!!!!

I stay in Boksburg – I have been to Pretoria / Klerksdorp and surrounding areas – EVERYWHERE is out of stock!!!!! How can a product be out of stock for months / weeks on end? Has this been discontinued, and you are just not informing your branches? What is going on????????

This is ridiculous! I buy ALL my monthly goods for my baby from Clicks – which is up to R2000.00 pm – yes I’m only a drop in the bucket on your income monthly – but if this continues, I will be leaving clicks and buying my baby stuff from another.
