Out of Stock and Wrong Medication Ordered

On Monday 16/03/2015 I went to Clicks Bedford Village to fill up my monthly prescription, only to be told that there was no stock available, I was then offered a different batch of Pill for my hypertension which I refused, then the Pharmacist who was helping me by the Name of Vincent then offered to order my meds, which I agreed to. He told me that I will have to come in later in the afternoon to collect my pills (RAMPIL 2.5mg). There was a levy on the pills of R53.80 which I agreed to pay immediately.<br> <br> I called them at 3pm on 16/03/2015 to check if the medication had been delivered and they told me that everything was in order, I can come to collect. Much to my Disappointment, when I arrived there they had prepared the wrong medication for me, my order had not been placed. Their attitude was really bad and I was told by Vincent that I can ask for a refund and go somewhere else to fill up my prescription as there was nothing else he can do for me. <br> <br> I then asked for a FULL REFUND of the R53.80 Levy that I had already paid. but when I got to the Till I was then told I'll have to pay another levy for the other medication which I bought for cash that morning. Totally unprofessional
