Our products are for family but we really don't care about family.

As a well known shop that consumers can find everything we need from medical help to electronics for home. Us as customers see it as a go to place... When I say us, we mothers find everything that we need in one place. Mothers. Today I walked in with both my children under the age of 4 in a checkers trolley. I was told I can't enter. I mother aline with 2 small kids.. I was given a small basket trolley to put my 2yr old in and as I was trying to pay.. make sure my older one isn't opening sweets behind my back, making sure my 2yr old is not grabbing things...

MY DAUGHTER FELL OUT OF THE BASKET TROLLEY ON HER HEAD!!!!

I went in with a large trolley and I told the security he is more then welcome to search when I leave but it's not allowed. How is Clicks a family store when FAMILY have problems shopping there.

MY 2 YEAR OLD FELL ON HER HEAD FROM THE BASKET YOUR STAFF INSTISTED I MUST TAKE.
