Our hands are tied!

I went to Clicks to pick up a repeat prescription and was told that the medical aid refuses to pay for it. I was then advised to call them to sort it out...which I did. So I went back to a different branch today to try again only to be told the claim was never reversed on Friday so now it looks like I got it and cannot get it again for a month. I was told that they are unable to contact the other branch to ask them to reverse the claim and that I have to go to Vanderbijlpark to sort it out in person.
