OTC meds should not have a Dispensing fee

i went into Clicks to buy a cream, the pharmacist seemed unwilling to assist,eventually i gave her a name and she then dragged her feet to fetch it off the self. she gave me the price, R21.95, i said i would take it, she then told me she needs to put it through the system. all of a sudden, the price jumped to R25.95. when i questioned this, i was told the system is set up like this and there is nothing she or the manager could do. i was told the pharmacist was not at work that day. i then asked who is the responsible and i was told that if i wanted the cream, i would have to pay the higher price. when i insisted, i want to pay the price i see on the self, she started talking to her colleague about me in her mother tongue, i asked her to stop discussing me as i had a right to insist on paying the price i saw on the self. i was highly frustrated at the service as i was rushing to get back to my husband that had just suffered an asthma attack. i called Click a lot of thieving *******s and stormed out. i will be fetching my Rx from them, as i spend at least R1000. a month on meds with them. there is NO client service in this country.
