Orthofit Wrist Band - Not Impressed at all

i've purchased an Orthofit wrist band (Clicks Rylands Cape Town) for my wrist which tends to give me problems still 3 years after i've broken my wrist. (the adjustable wrist band that i hook on my thumb and wrap around my wrist)

The band is meant to provide support to my wrist especially during physical activity (cycling as it adds strain to it)

never expected to have such a poor experience with it so i didn't keep the slip with me (so its also pointless trying to return the item), however i purchased it in April 2021 and in less than a month, the material where the velcro sticks on no longer has any effect at all so the band does not stick (tried moving it to different places on the band so that i can still use it but now less than 2 months later, theres no place on the band where i can attach the velcro because anywhere i place it, it just doesn't stick

very disappointed in the product since it was R140 (if i remember correctly) and within a month and a bit it was rendered useless
