ORDERING FROM CLICKS ONLINE IS AN EXTREME SPORT

The delivery took way too long, the communicated SLA stated online was 3-4 working days for delivery, I placed my order online on Monday, 14 February, and only received delivery confirmation on Tuesday, 22 February because this took so long I ended up buying what I needed at another supplier, and by the time my package arrived- I processed a refund immediately upon collection. The Sanlam store did not make my experience pleasant at all, firstly when I told them that I will be processing the refund, the sales assistant stated that they do not sell the items I had purchased in their store, however she went on to process my refund anyway. My refund took over 20 minutes to process, what's worse I was the one who had to find a solution for every problem. The first problem, I needed to print the tax invoice which was not included with the order, I then had to recommend that I send them an email- sales assistant went on to provide me with the incorrect email address for the store, once that was rectified they then went on to state that they were receiving blank emails with no attachments, my last alternative I asked to send an electronic copy to the Store Manager's What's App. Please teach your team problem solving because Whoa guys, do better.
