Order related

Ordered toiletries online and I still haven't received my order, they said it's going to be delivered in 1 to 3 says however it's day 4 now. When I call to ask they tell me that it's still On its way. One thing that bores me is that they are not even sending out communication emails or whatsoever. Bad service really
