Order not received

On the 8th March 2021 I ordered Lux body wash 6 of them on special for the price of R88.00. On the 9th March 2021 I received an email from Pargo saying my parcel its on my way. Till today 6 April 2021 I have not received my parcel. I have been calling Clicks and no one is giving me a concrete answer as to where my parcel is. My order number is: *** Clicks ***.
