Opened product from the store.

Yesterday I went to Clicks Savannah to get something for my face and the lady recommended OXY for scars so I bought two soaps and the ointment. To my surprise early in the morning hours when I want to use the ointment the seal is broken and the ointment is used cause the container is squeezed. I sent you an email to complain same time and send pictures, now you advice me to go back to the store which is gonna cost me close to the same price of the ointment. I am not happy at all, the lady at the store says maybe one client opened it which is fair but please don't inconvenience me for something I paid full price for. I am so disappointed.
