Only God can help them because they cant help themselves

I am on Chronic Medication, So my last Repeat was in December. The Assistant and the Pharmacist Refused to give to me because they said I already had my Last repeat(as every last repeat must have a green sticker on and thats the way I am used to it... but when I brought this up the Assistant or Pharmacist, he told me that they dont have to do that(its a courtesy and its not their problem, After a heavy exchange of words I left with no Medication. I then drove Back to my House to go and get the last order's box, drove back and showed them that this was not the case and that I have one repeat left. Comes January and every one is on leave(Psychiatrist and GP) I asked for an emergency for 7 days and they refused me any Medicine Today the Prescription was mailed through and I had to ask a Family Member to pick it up as I am working and Clicks is closed in this Area after 18:00. Once again they claim that no Mail was received. I Then called In and there it .... the prescription. Now they dont want to give it to me because its not the original.....Honestly I have given up!!!!! What more can I do to report this pathetic Behavior????
