Online system does not even let one complain about it not working

I tried to purchase some items via Clicks Online system using the promotional discount voucher they sent me and nothing worked. I even created a new profile and that also did not work. And when I tried to send a message of complaint I also got Apache errors and 404 errors from their system. How does one complain about a system outside people working hours?
