Online store is a **** with unproffessional staff

I bought online flue medication & went to collect at Chris Hani & firstly I was asked for my clicks card, which I produced then was asked for my ID, then in the same note was told that I was in the collection queue.

They later told me that I cannot be given the OTC flue meds which are on the shelf nor the tissues. I need to start at the pharmacy then move to the collection till. As I was proceeding to go to the pharmacy, the floor manager then told me that I cant get the meds & advised I needed to cancel & buy directly in store.

I called clicks online & spoke to Ayesha Zondani, she claimed that the wasnt a way to refund nor is able to direct the call to online when she claimed the call wasnt in the online call centre. I asked her to assist & she refused still, I asked her to escalate the call to her manager as I needed flue medication & she still refused, she only told me that online will call me within 48 hours despite needing the child's flue medication & tissues.

After the back and forth I left the store defeated & with no help from both online & the store itself.

I want clicks to cancel all my scripts & send them back to me, as I wont be using them anymore especially Chris Hani.
