Online shopping ****

Horrible service, I ordered a few hair products for my girlfriend on the 7th and till today she hasn't received them, mind you they say it takes 1-3 working days.

I called and was told they would contact me that never happened. I called again today and the agent said he can't help me I should rather email, I sent an email and all I got was an automated response.

Never ever do online shopping with clicks it's a ****.
