Online shopping order delivery

I ordered an item last week with a delivery of 1-3 days. The item should have been delivered by Monday this week but is nowhere to be found.

I contacted the online shopping department who has logged an escalation for me (***0). When I called back an hour later I was told escalations have a 48hr response time.

I cannot express how let down I am by this shopping experience. I am willing to collect the item from whereever it is and/or leave the delivery and go to a store which has the item.

The process has proved unreliable because the timeframes specified have not been met. I even allowed extra time in my ordering process because sometimes an extra day is necessary. Although 1-3 days delivery time is quite specific!
