Online shopping or ****? overcharge and missing items.

Placed an order online and was unable to select "deliver" option but had to use "click n collect" this was frustrating as the point was to avoid the mall completely. the online price was R591 - at the till it became R665 (goods in a sealed bag so I couldn't see what they were) and then once home opened parcel to discover that 3 or the 9 items were missing. It has been over two weeks, multiple emails and calls and still no adequate response or correction of the mistake/*****?? Beware!
