Online shopping joke!

Honestly people your online shopping system is a joke! NOTHING works properly. I have tried creating a login - I get nowhere because something glitches. I have tried purchasing as a guest. Also cannot complete purchase because there is a glitch. You wont accept the clubcard details which YOU gave me. Your online "chatbot" is just as useless. All in all - just a painful all around experience.
