Online shopping convenience = Shopping Nightmare

Honestly the worst decision I have ever made was to order from Clicks online. I ordered a fan, Ensure shake and Twisp liquid.

The fan was delivered 2 days after I placed the order (great) but they split the order due to "the size". Really? The other two items are both small? Anyway, I called Clicks and they said that the rest of the order will be delivered on Monday if not sooner.

Monday someone from Clicks phoned me to inform me that my order will be delivered that day. Got home...nothing was delivered.

Phoned Clicks again on Tuesday and they said that they had just delivered the order. Great! Nope. Get home and waiting for me is a hair straightener and a hot plate. Really? How difficult is it to get two small items delivered? Spent another 20 minutes on the phone with Clicks again. They say someone will phone me the next day to resolve the issue.

Next day (Wednesday) and no one calls. I phone Clicks for the 3rd time now and they say that it usually takes two days for the logged issue to be addressed, but there is a chance that my order will arrive tomorrow (Thursday).

I stupidly thought that I can order these items online and make my life easier. Had I known that online shopping does not make your busy schedule easier, I would've just gone to Dischem over the weekend and gotten everything I needed. I prefer Dischem over Click anyway and apparently for good reason. This was my first online order with Clicks and I can assure you that it was most definitely my last!
