Online shopping

<p>Both times I've used your website have been epic fails. First time system didn't register my order yet it accepted payment. Now,after being told order would be available in 1 to 3 working days according to website and system, I called your call centre twice, with someone saying there is a mistake in the system and it should be 3 to 5 working days. This is deceiving to the consumer and had I known, would never have ordered. This is unacceptable.</p>
