Online Service is a joke! I would be quicker faxing an order through....

I am astounded by the backwards, inept service received from such a big retailer. They're online shopping is behind the times, slow, not user friendly and when you try to sort it out via their call centre, their arrogant, inpatient staff reluctantly assists you by passing the buck to the next in line... Bought my online stuff during Black Friday. Received my Superbalist, Woolworths and other orders at my door within 3 work days. Clicks sent me an email to collect my stuff at the clicks store I selected. OK fine, I dont mind that. Went to the store, only to be told (once again by super friendly efficient staff - NOT) that I need a pin, that will be texted to me once they receive the order. EVEN THOUGH THE MERCHANDISE IS IN THEIR STORE, AVAILABLE, AND I HAVE THE PROOF OF PAYMENT AND EMAIL. Why not make this PIN situation very clear when you buy online and on the email sent!?!!? Anyway, eventually my order arrives at the selected store and I get the pin - & December 3. This is 10 days turn around since I clicked. Checked my parcel at home and suprise, my one free eyeliner is not there. Once again I have to phone their "oh-so-happy-to-work-here" call centre staff, only to be told that I was suppose to select x 2 items and the website should have indicated this. Hello? Do you know what Black Friday means? Aint no-one got time to figure out your over the top, complicated, makes no sense, instructions. So I tell sunshine on the other side, I truly cant recall seeing instructions to select 2 x items - it was a mad rush that day - but it anyway doesn't makes sense to select x 2 if the huge add says one is free with each purchase. Only to have sunshine reply to me, "yes ma'am, AS I SAID BEFORE..... ". Ooooh, so sorry, I didn't realize I was suppose to listen to you and make your job easier. Silly me thought I could phone Clicks with my problem, and they will be happy to honor their add - even though the problem so obviously lies with me and me stupidity and inability to use their online service. Geez, it's just not worth the hassle.... This is my final attempt at to give Click an opportunity to retain a customer. Lets see if they value their online customers....
