ONLINE PURCHASE NIGHTMARE!!!!!

If there was an option to give zero stars, that is what I would choose.

I purchased a coffee machine on November 26, 2024, and it is now December 6th. I have been calling and sending emails with no to little response. Despite speaking to several representatives who assured me they would escalate the matter, there has been no progress. They repeatedly tell me the same story about escalating the issue and following up, yet to this day, I still do not know if my order was lost or what the status is. They are utterly useless. Do not be deceived by their claim of delivering orders within 3-5 days.
