Online Purchase

I ordered and paid for an item online for Click and Collect on the 7th of December. Today is the 15th of December and item is not yet available for collection.

I called the number provided to enquire and understand what could be causing the delays, the first call I was placed on hold for the longest time. I called again just to be told that another team will investigate and turnaround time is 2-3 working days.

That is just not acceptable. Since when do online purchases take +10 days to be processed? The kind of service I am receiving is horrible.
