Online purchase

<p>Hi, I wanted to purchase a few items online and selected to Click and Collect from the store nearest to me... unfortunately that store was not on the drop down list. I sent an email and decided to call the call centre. I was "helped"by Thembekah and after being put on hold for ages I was given a pathetic I am sorry it's not been added to the list and you have to select another store! I mean seriously? That is totally unacceptable. Please rectifty this urgently.</p>
