Online Purchase

<p>I purchased a flat iron on the Clicks online site, about 2 weeks later I received an email saying that they are out of stock, I can either opt for an online voucher or a refund. I opted for the refund and sent all the information so that the refund can happen within 7 days, just to get another email 7 days later explaining the same thing. I then contacted the call centre and they said they would investigate and call me back. I'm still waiting for the call! </p>
