Online ordering not so convenient anymore

So, today marks the 7th day since an online order was placed on the clicks website...Their estimated delivery is 1-3 working days...however due to the lockdown, they may take up to 7 working days.

I just called their call centre now, and all they can tell me is that they don't know why I don have my parcel....they THINK I might get it by tuesday, In my books...that is well over the delivery dates promised.

No communication, no Apology...nothing, while my family sits here out of essentials. thanks Clicks TALK ABOUT AN INCONVENIENCE!!!!
