Online order still not delivered

Good day,

I purchased a Milkshake maker on Clicks online on Tuesday, 02 January 2018, on Wednesday afternoon I receive my email to advise my order has been dispatched and delivery takes 1-3 working days as I selected to have it delivered at a store that I can collect it. I gave it till Monday, 08 January 2018, but still no luck, called the online department, they logged a call to contact the courier to find out why the parcel has not been delivered to the store yet, I then follow up the 09 January 2018, only to be told that they must still contact the courier, they haven't done is yet. I am not happy about this bad service.
