Online order not fulfilled

Ordered a digital pressure cooker online with other product . The other product arrived but no pressure cooker. Reported the issue on the day the parcel was delivered, Sat 26 Nov. 22. A very helpful young man said it will be escalated immediately. Received an email yesterday morning stating that I will be contacted within 24 hours. Still waiting to hear from them. Phoned and was told they will get back to me. By when is the question? Your credit card is debited immediately, but now you just have to wait! Not happy with the service!
