Online order not delivered

I ordered 3 items on order number 181 ********** . I late got communication that my order was ready for collection then sent someone to fetch it. she was given a box with only item.

I called and was told my order had been split. I asked them to change deliver address because I was no longer in the are but I was told that is impossible...I then asked for a refund and they promised to process it.......but I have not heard from Clicks till today!

Can I please have my money back ASAP.
