Online order no where to be found

I placed an order yesterday online for the Pampers mega box , it was 2 boxes and just over R400 has gone out of my account for the payment I made ,yet my order isn't showing on my online profile and I never got an email to confirm my order. I called twice yesterday n both agents couldn't assist ,all they said was there is a delay in orders , what exactly is the delay if you were quick to take my money . I called again this morning and I'm on hold for 3 minutes at a time and then the line goes quite. This is the first time ordering online with clicks but clearly not a pleasant experience.
