Online order nightmare

Worst online experience ever. They advertise 2 to 4 fays delivery. It has been 6 days since I placed the order, and the parcel still says Being Processed for delivery. It has not even left the courier hub yet. And now I cannot cancel the order. Clicks customer service simply says, I cannot cancel order and have to wait another week. Unacceptable service!!! They have no clue where the order is currently!
