Online order never received nor refund!!!

I ordered an item online! I waited and waited and waited, nearly two weeks later I received an email stating that the item I ordered was out of stock when I placed the order!!! (Then it shouldn’t be on your website!!!) I then sent an email back, saying it was unacceptable! Got no reply!! I then called and was told someone would reply within 48hrs! Another week has gone bye, no response, no refund and no item!!! This is unacceptable and better be sorted out! NEVER AGAIN will I be ordering anything from Clicks! Absolute disgrace!!
