Online Order Missing

Fuming!!!!! Furious!!! So the HELL in!! I ordered just onto R1300 worth of goods online last week Thursday. Payment processed immediately. Confirmation received that my order is being processed. Clicks promises 2 - 3 days for delivery!!! Friday...... nothing! Saturday...... nothing! Sunday....... ok I wait, I mean let's not be unreasonable. Monday........ nothing!!! Sooooo....... today I phone the call centre, only to be told that they have no trace of my order in their system!! Now remember today is already DAY 5! Call centre lady gives me a reference number and tells me to WAIT 48 hours for somebody from IT to call me! So this puts us at SEVEN DAYS and counting for me to maybe get what I have already paid for. Did I mention that I am seriously the HELL in????
