Online Order - In store collection (3 days to process)

Placed an order online (to collect) from a Clicks one minute from my work. 4 Items available over the counter from the pharmacy. I gave it a couple of hours, went to collect. I was then informed by the manage of Clicks at The Marc in Sandton that it will take 3 days for over the counter items because I ordered and paid online. On the counter it is advertised big and bold "order online fast service".

I might not be the biggest spender at Clicks. They have surely lost a customer.
