Online order hasn't been delivered a month later

I ordered online on 19 July as usual and my order has not been delivered because the courier can't find my house which is very strange as I've ordered from Clicks and they delivered many times using the same address. I called the contact center 10 times and all times I was told customer services will call me and no one does. I even went to my nearest clicks to get help, same thing. I'm frustrated by this, Clicks call center staff are ***********!!!!
