Online Order delivery turn around time

I am in utter disbelief, frustrated and upset that a clicks online delivery made on Sunday it's still trying to find its way home, tomorrow is Thursday, it would have been understood if I ordered medication from Temu, but like really in this day and age of AI, buy being online savvy I promise you , you could increase your annual turnover by over 10%, this is so disheartened and disappointing....yeerrrr
